So, I am back at the great academy for genuises today. I'm currently finishing up my powerpoint. There's just one little problem.....it won't save! Mrs. Neal told us to save it as a "Powerpoint Presentation," so I try to, and just my luck...it will not save, it keeps saying that there is not enough room on the disk.. How aggravating! I'm starting this day of well.. GEEZ!

As much as I like having snow days, it literally started to drive me insane. After watching it dump down for several days straight, I ended up with a severe case of...............CABIN FEVER! ( I almost ate off my own limbs! ) I guess too much of a good thing is well bad..hehe luckily, my disease has gone away..since you know--we have school today! =] I have heard that there is another snow storm coming around Monday, and that this time, it will be measured in feet, not inches. =[ so my CABIN FEVER! may come back........ahh!

Favorite Game

Question: What is your favorite game and why, then follow up with how your game is going to be incorporating those components

Answer:
I know that this sounds kind of weird, but my favorite game is Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. It’s actually my Dad’s computer game, and one day during the Summer, when I was about 12 years old, I became interested, and decided to sit down, and play it. This game got pretty addicting. Being as girly as it gets, my friends are always surprised that I even know what this game is, and think that it’s a little strange that I play it all of the time. I’m not really sure why I like this game, it could be that it’s generally a male type of game, and I was curious, or it could be that I enjoy doing things out of my character.
Considering that Medal of Honor is a war game that involves shooting, killing, and blowing up things, it’s not really appropriate for Globaloria. The only thing that I would like to incorporate into our game would be a task bar. On Medal of Honor, there is a task bar that you can click and it shows you what tasks you must complete to finish your mission successfully. I think that it would be a nice accessory to our game. =]

Back to school after a 3 week break, glad the first day is over, on day number 2 now, and its alot better! Today, the guys are working on the cell phone video, and i am "observing". Ha, really I am updating everything.
This snow is coming down pretty hard out there...YES! That's all i can really think about. =p

Time flies when your having fun! I always thought this was a stupid expression, but not now. It is quite true. Derek and Shawn have been editing the video and the rest of us have been working on our wikis and blogs. I enjoy listening to music when I work, it helps me focus, and keeps me happy..hehe =] Anyway, its beginning to feel alot like christmas...and i am thrilled! That is what i meant by the time flying when your having fun. I have tons of fun in this class, and it flies by which is the only downfall.

For the past week, we have been working on our cell phone video. We filmed Thursday, Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. Everything we went well, I think. Now we are editing, and im leaving that up to the guys. Believe me, they would not want editing, knowing my luck, I would accidently delete the entire video, everything that we recorded...not kool!

Bye Bye Turkey, Hello Santa!

So, Thanksgiving break is officially over now. When I woke up this morning, I was suprised to find out that it was the first day of December. Yea, What can I say I was blindsided. =] It is pretty exciting though, Christmas is upon us...
In class, we have been asked to split into groups and make two videos. One is about the dress code, the other is about cell phones in school. I am in the group with the cell phone one....I can't wait to start filming! The guys in my group have some great ideas! Notice I said guys....Yea, Im the only girl. Which means I can bring down the hammer..Ahhhhhahah!
