Final days of Globaloria

We are almost done in our Chemistry II/Globaloria class. Our presentations were Wednesday and they went pretty well. Everything is pretty much over; we just have to do a couple of final things like making a final video.

Right now...

Our game demo is complete! We still have a couple of things to fix but it's coming along pretty good. As of right now, we are tweaking our team page and getting everything ready for our presentation. Hopefully it will go well.

Today in Globaloria...

Recently we have had to fix many things regarding our game and team page. Our team name, "Redneck Senioritas"... will not work because it's distasteful or something.. So, we had to change our name to just "Senioritas." Our game has been a little difficult lately because the buttons are only working a part of the time. Hopefully it will all work out.

Latest Update!

For the past couple of weeks we have been working on our games and trying to figure out flash. Flash is a little difficult to accomplish, but after we get done with our game I think it will look great. I can't wait to finish with these games.

Hallooooow, Globaloria...

This week in Globaloria we are making great progress working on our game. We are looking up the chemicals found in everyday cosmetics and plan to incorporate those into our game. In order to get to the next level, you will have to answer a question about an element and balance a chemical equation.

Today in Globaloria....

We are working on our game "The Chemistry of Cosmetics." We have completed the first few slides of our game. The title screen, about screen and information screen are shown on the wiki. As of right now, we are working on the first part of our game.

Today in Globaloria...

Today in Globaloria, we are taking the parts of the game we have so far and merging them together. I made a really nice about screen, Kristen made the play screen with a really cool cursor and Bryanna made an awesome cover screen that has our title of the game.
We have been working on making screens, buttons, and cursors for the past two weeks and I must say, we are getting pretty good at it. It's a lot easier to learn how to do things when you have time to learn how to do them properly. :)
