Accomplishment

I am so excited! I finally accomplished something! I made a killer title page, if I do say myself...=] It's pretty! the only thing that I don't like about it is that I made it too wide so the entire thing doesn't show up on the wiki page...BUMMER! It's uploaded to our team page..{Team SEE} go check it out!!.......it's at the bottom of the page, but look at the other things that my team mates and I have accomplished so far. E.J and I were talking about revising it and making the piece of coal turn into a lit up light bulb when you scroll over it. I'm going to work on that now.... so stay tuned for the new and improved awesome title page.

Unstoppable!

Unstoppable, yes that would be our Globaloria class. This word applies to many things. In fact, it is a title of a song that I heard this morning on CMT and i thought....."wow! this song is great!! the lyrics are nice, and the tune is catchy! it would be perfect for our LSIC video!" Yes, I was talking to myself.....but know one will know, well actually you all know now! oops.
Anyways, we are in crunch time with our games now, I have been keeping up with everything pretty well, we all have. It's great! We are "Unstoppable!"

i couldn't think of a title for this one...=)

So,
This past week, we have been working on a video. We are making a video for the LSIC meeting, which is in a few weeks. We film in different classrooms to show how hard our students work in a variety of subjects. While filming the students, the will hold up signs that say something about what they are learning. As I say all of the time, I'm not good at explaining things. But I can assure you that this video is going to be sooo awesome! It will be so modern and fun, like one that should be on tv. =] We're going to blow them away! I can't wait to see the finished product!

So, I am back at the great academy for genuises today. I'm currently finishing up my powerpoint. There's just one little problem.....it won't save! Mrs. Neal told us to save it as a "Powerpoint Presentation," so I try to, and just my luck...it will not save, it keeps saying that there is not enough room on the disk.. How aggravating! I'm starting this day of well.. GEEZ!

As much as I like having snow days, it literally started to drive me insane. After watching it dump down for several days straight, I ended up with a severe case of...............CABIN FEVER! ( I almost ate off my own limbs! ) I guess too much of a good thing is well bad..hehe luckily, my disease has gone away..since you know--we have school today! =] I have heard that there is another snow storm coming around Monday, and that this time, it will be measured in feet, not inches. =[ so my CABIN FEVER! may come back........ahh!

Favorite Game

Question: What is your favorite game and why, then follow up with how your game is going to be incorporating those components

Answer:
I know that this sounds kind of weird, but my favorite game is Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. It’s actually my Dad’s computer game, and one day during the Summer, when I was about 12 years old, I became interested, and decided to sit down, and play it. This game got pretty addicting. Being as girly as it gets, my friends are always surprised that I even know what this game is, and think that it’s a little strange that I play it all of the time. I’m not really sure why I like this game, it could be that it’s generally a male type of game, and I was curious, or it could be that I enjoy doing things out of my character.
Considering that Medal of Honor is a war game that involves shooting, killing, and blowing up things, it’s not really appropriate for Globaloria. The only thing that I would like to incorporate into our game would be a task bar. On Medal of Honor, there is a task bar that you can click and it shows you what tasks you must complete to finish your mission successfully. I think that it would be a nice accessory to our game. =]

Back to school after a 3 week break, glad the first day is over, on day number 2 now, and its alot better! Today, the guys are working on the cell phone video, and i am "observing". Ha, really I am updating everything.
This snow is coming down pretty hard out there...YES! That's all i can really think about. =p
